The Takamine EG522C Acoustic-Electric classical guitar features a spruce top, nato back and sides, and a cutaway body that allows for full fingerboard access. Other appointments include a traditional classic rosette, gold tuners, and the Takamine TK-4N preamplifier.

The Takamine TK-4N Preamplifier features volume control, bass, middle and treble frequency slider controls, EQ bypass, a "tunable" Notch Filter and a mid contour switch.
