1. When will I receive my order?

We try our best to ship every order within 24 hours of being received. We only ship Monday through Friday, so orders placed over the weekend will not ship until Monday. We ship most products from our location in Tulsa, OK but may sometimes ship directly from the manufacturer. For additional details on the shipping date of your order please contact us.

2. How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order is shipped. If you know your Music Store Inc order number you can call us and we’ll track it for you.

3. Do you offer discounts to schools and accept purchase orders?

4. Do you offer discounts to students?

The majority of our customers are students, so we keep our prices as low as possible at all times. We are unable to offer any additional discounts to individual students.

5. Can I get expedited shipping on line?

Due to the wide variety of weight and size on certain products, our website is currently unable to automatically calculate expedited shipping charges. However, we are able to offer every service that UPS provides (i.e. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select). If you need your order faster than UPS Ground, please place your order via phone at 888-503-7196.

6. Can I change my order?

In the event that you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 888- 503-7196 with your request. If your order has not been packed for shipment, we will do everything possible to make the changes you request. Our goal is to fully process your order within a few hours of receiving it, so changes may not be possible.

7. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order for up to 14 days as long as the products are in new condition in all original packaging. There are some items that cannot be returned, including sheet music and

methods books. Please refer to our return policy for additional information on items that cannot be returned.

Due to the quantity of items offered by the large number of manufactures we represent, it is not practical to show every product we have available. If the product you are looking for is related to musical instruments & accessories, we probably have it. Please contact us  or call us at 888-503-7196 and we will quote you price and availability.

9. What are your hours of operation?

Our customer service department is available for phone calls Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM CST and on Saturday from 10AM to 5PM CST. You can always contact us via our website anytime.

10. What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship most domestic orders using UPS. When shipping to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes or when we feel it will provide you with faster service, we sometimes ship using the United State Postal Service.
