If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, The Music Store will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 14 days of purchase, except as noted in this return policy agreement.

The returned product must be in new condition and must include the sales receipt, all instructional materials, packaging, and accessories. If your order was shipped for free, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit.  Print music, media/software, harmonicas, mouthpieces and reeds, repair parts, microphones, and recording devices are non-returnable along with oversized or overweight items. Serialized merchandise may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. Special orders of non-stock merchandise are non-returnable.
